Leaving for WDW in 4 days, ADR change question

Hi there,

This is our first trip to WDW and I'm going with DH, DS (9) and DD (7). I made a bunch of ADRs on the 180th day as recommended by friends. Then recently I was told to go to 'Ohana. I got a reservation but accidentally put in for 2 people and not 4. I still have this reservation but how is the easiest way to change it? I've called WDW Dining a few times, I've tried online, I've read telling the hotel concierge when I get there, I've read calling from my resort room to the restaurant, going to the restaurant beforehand, etc. Any other ideas? Please advise. I'm a newbie.

Hello and welcome to the site.

Unfortunately there isn't anything more you can do other than what you are doing.

You can try to have the conciere at your resort (if you are staying onsite) help you, but even then don't get your hopes up.

See Ohana is the hottest restaurant in WDW and getting in is very difficult. It isn't simple to add people once you get there. If you show up with extra people those people are turned away.
Or you could be told it will be a 3+ hour wait IF they say they can fit you in. Because then you become a walk up.
Ohana is known for not being able to walk up to, and during free dining it is virtually impossible.

Each restaurant has to follow strict fire codes for capacity and WDW takes them seriously. So if the restaurant is booked then they won't let the extra people in.

Keep trying to change your number, but you may have to either have 2 of your party dine there while the other 2 do something else, or not go if you can't change it.
