Leaving Early- 4th Weekend

Hi! My DH just told me we may be able to leave a little early for our trip. Originally it was to begin July 3 (Sunday). Now we may get to Orlando as soon as the 1st. I checked with CRO- Values and Mods sold out except for suites as CSR. Now what? We could stay at AKL Savannah- (we've done that and loved it), or we could stay offsite. I hate to book with 7 or even 5 days cancellation because this is just a maybe. What would you do? I really don't want to camp out in the car! Will we be able to find a Holiday Inn or similar if we just drive up?

keep calling back ....people cancel and change ressies all the time. Also, you may want to try online TA's like Expedia.com,hotels.com,hotwire and the like as Disney sells them blocks of rooms separate from their own inventory so even though CRO may not have availibility, one of them may.
