Leaving car after going to Chef Mickey's

I usually park at TTC and we take the monorail over to CM. That way when we are finished we take the monorail back to TTC and either go to MK or Epcot.

We had our resort parking pass and they still gave us a limited time ticket and made it absolutely clear that parking there and then going to the parks is forbidden. I can't believe people do it anyway. I agree it is rude and crude to the guests of the resort and also the people going to the resort restaurants who cannot find parking because someone bogarted the spaces despite clear and direct orders to the contrary. Why don't they enforce their rules?

Actually at the CR and Poly they have started to tow.
