Leaving a ticket at will call

First off. I hope I am asking this in the right spot! So here is my question.
purchased some Christmas party tickets for November 14. Kids and I are joining the husband for a conference. I got them on undercover tourist with the email. Worked great! Saved like $80! Anyways.. the kids and I will be there early to get in at 4. Dh can’t be there til closer to six. When I take my email print out to will call can I just go ahead and get his ticket too? And then just leave it at will call for him to pick up? Or am I going to have to come back out of the gates for him? The four tickets from undercover tourist didn’t ask for specific names. The print out just has my name. They are linked with each name to my mde account. Does any of that make sense?

3. If you don’t have MagicBands, then, yes.
4. If he has a MagicBand and the tickets are already linked to MDE, he can use his MB for entry. (Which is true for ALL of you.)

Do you have magic bands? If so, are you sure you need to go to will call? We bought party tickets from UT, linked them in MDE, and they were attached to our magic bands. We never stopped at will call or any ticket booth.

Well shoot. No magic bands! We’re staying at the swan for his work event. Not a huge deal. I can just come out and get him or hand him a ticket through. Not the end of the world!

Yeah you'll be able to pick it up but not leave it for him.
It shouldn't be too bad to coordinate going out to meet him when he arrives to give it to him.
BTW do you have old magic bands from a previous trip?
If so you can use them not have to go to will call at all.

@Robo ~ Could @2doghouse do the following?:

Give her husband a copy of the printout.

When 2doghouse goes to Will Call, picks up 3 of the 4 tickets. When her DH arrives at Will Call with the printout, he picks up Ticket #4 - the ticket linked to him...he has the MDX login info with him and ID to prove it’s his Profile.

I don’t. The last few times we have been we have stayed at universal. It’s all manageable! Just a bit of a hassle. Maybe I can cross my fingers that his work event ends early!
