We are driving from Iowa never been to WDW where is Walmart need to get tickets and we need a night at a hotel we are going to stop and ask them to check black book where is it and what is it called. Thanks Lis hotblond32@aol
I noticed no one responded so I thought I'd bump it up. I've been to the Walmart but can't for the life of me remember how to get there. Try to do a web search. I know Walmart has a web site. Maybe you can get directions there.
I'm not clear on your second request. Are you maybe asking about the travel center on the interstate? I don't come that way so also can't help there.
There are two big Walmarts in the area, one down on Highway 192 next to Medieval Times and a newer one in Sand Lake Road at its junction with John Young Parkway. As for the official Visitor Centers, the Orlando I-Drive location is at its junction with Austrian Court, next to Don Pablo's restaurant and set back slightly from the road. There is also the Kissimmee Visitor Center way out east on 192. Both have walk-in hotel deals (i.e. vouchers for discounts), but don't forget to check out the Orlando Hotel Discounts link at the top of this page for some of the best deals in town!
