Leave A Legacy Tile

I purchased a tile back in May in memory of my Mom who had passed away just two weeks earlier. I thought it would be a wonderful way to honor her memory. I was told I would receive a copy of what the tile looked like and it would be up in a few months. We are heading off to WDW the first week of December and, of course, cannot wait to see the tile. With everything going on, it dawned on me recently we never received a copy of the tile or a notification of the location.

I sent an email last week to WDW Guest Relations and never got any response. More importantly, I read on another board about someone purchasing one and it never went up! I would truly be so disappointed if it didn't get done and it's not there in December. Does anyone know who I might contact to check on this? I'd truly appreciate any help.

This happened to us also. We had to wait until our next trip to Epcot (since we live in FL, it was not a big a deal) and ask back at the Leave a Legacy booth. After some searching on the computer and in the back, they told us our picture came out fuzzy and that's why months had passed without any word from them. I was really mad! Anyway, they immediately took our picture again and we did recieve our tile preview a few weeks later.

I hope you get it straigtened out!
