Thanks for the reply. Called this morning and emailed and when I called, the person who answered did not speak english very well. I am wanting to add a word tile to my two I bought in July. I don't mind waiting 6+ months to get them together.
They said another company handles the tiles not them, I wish they would let me talk to them.

So you have 2 tiles and want to purchase another one? That should not be too difficult even if they don't speak good english!! I'm not sure about employee turnover at WDW but you can try the one I e-mailed with in Nov. of '02. He was very helpful:

I emailed Christopher and hopefully will get a email back. The problem is from what I could understand from the lady on the phone at Leave a Legacy in epcot is another company handles it after you purchase the tiles and they have no control over it after it has left them. I just want to try and get someone to look into it instead of just saying no, can't be done. Oh and also, I would like to have the tiles together that is where the problem is coming from. Sorry I did not make myself clear.

Yeah, I see what you mean now. In effect, they would need to move your other 2 tiles to a new location. Well, hopefully this Chris guy can lead you in the right direction if that is an option. I saw my family's tile 2 weeks ago and it is such a thrill. I have to take a picture of it every time and I started a tradition where we each touch the tile for good luck. Again, good luck.

I just purchased one on my trip last week - they told me I should get a letter with the location & picture of the tile in about 6-8 weeks & the tile should be in place in about 4 months... Just another excuse to go back sooner than later to see our tile!!
