Least expensive time to go...

Hello! Just looking for advice on least expensive time to go. I know sometimes their are incentives like free dining plan etc. Just wondering when most people go. Thanks!

We just got a good deal through SWA Vacations. Me, DH and Ds age 5 got round/trip air non-stop flights from Manchester NH to Orlando, 7 nights at the Pop, 8 day park hopper tickets and free dining and magical express for $1700.
We are going Sept 12 to Sept 19. Couldn't pass up the free dining and the value season. Figure the parks won't be as crowded.
