Least expensive car to rent?

Just got a fantastic price to fly from Milwaukee to Tampa of $53 round trip, before fees. So we are now flying in January instead of driving. But now we need to rent a car. Anyone know what is the best deal out there? We have always used Emerald Isle before, but the contract codes don't seem to be too good right now. So I am looking for anything right now to make getting these cheap airline tickets worthwhile! Please help me if you can!

The best I saw was Thrifty. A full sized was going for the rate of a sub-compact. I believe it was $125 before taxes and about $165 after tax - for a week in April.

We just booked National last night Saturday to Saturday and got EA for $117.00. We used the Priceless Code and $20.00 Entertainment Coupon. Thought that was a good deal. What airline did you get for that price?

Anyone ever use Enterprise...I got a rate of $109 for 8 days for a standard...come to about 143 with taxes but I've never read anything in regards to their service..I know it is off site and you have to take a shuttle...but other than that???

We got the same deal as SusanSeng - $117.00 for Jan 8th to 15th, includes taxes and fees. I thought that was a good deal, too.
