Least expensive AKL Concierge rates??

What is the least anyone has gotten concierge at AKL for during July - regular/value season? We're planning a July 2004 trip and I'm trying to decide if it's actually worth the extra $$$

Hi,

I was able to get a very good rate at AKL Concierge for this August (Canadian Resident Rate) $744.00 total for 3 nights including tax ~ that works out to 248.00 a night including tax.

Before this special came out my Disney Club member total was 1206.00 (402.00 per night)

The fairytale package was a very good deal for Concierge as long as guests wanted the park passes... it was pay for 4 nights get three nights free.. maybe they will have that again next summer?

It's value season when we are staying and with the FTP we got a great rate of $236 a night for it. I'm so excited I can't wait. Our rate for a standard room was $140 so it increased our price about $97 more a night for concierge. And from what I have been learning that is a really great rate for this.

Jenn, what's FTP? We are DVC members, but I'm thinking that for our Nov. trip it would be great to stay at AKL for the Weekend.
We have stayed at AKL once before and loved it. I would like to stay concierge so we could do the safari, so I hope we can get a rate I can live with. Thanks. Shar

Thanks for all the replies! I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the FTP for next summer. That would be great for my family. I like to buy my own passes, but would just do whatever the plan entails if it would mean a good rate for concierge.
