Which villas are the least crowded in the summer?

Which villas are the least crowded in the summer?

None of them. They are meant to be 95-97% occupied at all times just on points alone. Many times they are sold out.

My guess would be that the least crowded would be OKW and SSR since they are further away from the parks than the others. I know during free dining these are the villas that people have been upgraded to to make room for more package trips at the values. I can say that the BWVs and BCVs are usually full since that is where we stay each Aug. We have been at the BCVs this past trip and our upcoming Aug. trip since the BWVs were not available.

That would not necessarily be due to occupancy, these are huge resorts, so even if say 5% is not booked it will be more rooms at OKW and SSR than the smaller resorts.

And actually SSR and OKW are closer to some of the parks than other DVC resorts. Depends on which park you are going to and from where.

I'm DVC and when I call, especially for high season times, SSR is usually the one left, or OKW. But, I think SSR is the largest resort for DVC, so most rooms? All of them are beautiful and have great theming. Plus, they all have pros and cons so wherever you end up make the best of it and immerse yourself in that resorts unique beauty.

As for feeling like there are lots of people always around, I think all the resorts have great theming/structuring so you don't feel like you are tripping over each other. In all the resorts I've stayed at they have all been peaceful to me.
