Least crowded First week in June or third week in August ?

Which would be the best time to go to Disney the first week in June or maybe last week of May or the third week of August. We cant go the last week in August because of school starting. I really would rather go the first week in June, what does everyone think ? Is it really crowded the first week ? Thanks for helping.

You're going to run into crowds in early June. Lots of southern schools are out already by then and summer season is kicking in. It starts to slow by the third week of August as school gears back up, so crowds are likely to be lighter. End of May you will hit Memorial Day travelers.

I would just go when you really want to go and work with the crowds the best you can. As long as you're prepared, it will still be fun and hot!

I would definitely say August. I was just in WDW last week for the majority of that first week in June and it was pretty darn crowded. I've also been to WDW in the third week in August twice and that was less crowded for sure.

We're going in 2 weeks and I've been occasionally checking the wait times and noticed that the waits are much longer than when we went last August. The crowd dies down a bit in August I'd say, but in June, it'll be packed.

Hmmm ok thanks, was hoping first week in June would be about the same as August. I hate crowds I know August is really hot though. I would rather have hot weather than high crowds.

We have been the week of Memorial Day and the first week of June. They were both manageable. Starting the second week in June it gets crazy. If you know how to go through the parks then I would say June is great. Also, not quite as hot as August!
