When we traveled on the 7 day back in Sept of 2000, we had to tender in St. Maarten. I think I can pick this out as my least enjoyable part of the cruise. I know that they've built another dock in St Maarten since then and the ship usually docks there.
Can anyone tell me if the ship ALWAYS (barring unforseen circumstances) docks at St Maarten or is there still a possiblity of tendering during certain weeks?
And from what I've seen of the new Western route reports, the ship uses tendering in Cozumel (or was it Grand Cayman) as well. Will this also be the standard?
One last one...
I remember at some point that the Magic was able to dock in St Thomas only every other week and used tenders the other times. Also still the norm or do they always get to dock now?
Thanks!
Julie
