Leap Year and AP expiration

Hello,

I am looking to possibly get AP's for the family next year. We'd activate them during Spring break (Latter half of the week beginning 3/9) with the hopes we could use them for on last trip during the beginning of Spring Break 2016.

However, when calculating our dates, I wasn't sure how AP expiration is calculated when it's a Leap Year like 2016 is. Does my pass expire 365 days from activation, or is it the calendar day one year later? Any insight would be great. Specifically, if we activated them on Thursday, March 12 - 2015, when would they expire?

I'm booking our rooms this week with a black Friday special and don't want to have to rebook later to adjust dates and lose my deal.

Its a full year so you get a "bonus" in leap-years.

Specifically, if we activated them on Thursday, March 12 - 2015, when would they expire?

They will expire end of the day March 12, 2016.

Shell Hospitality is having a BF sale that allows up to half off their hotels. The discount appears to be 30% for Peacock Suites, though.

This will drop the rate from $134 to $93.80 for our trip in March!
