I love thier weddings too!

It was Lynn who convinced me I wanted a DFTW are I just found this board as she was starting her TR and her pictures jsut stunned me! I didn;t know a wedding could be so stunning!!

All of the brides on here have had wonderful days though, that's what made me realise it was the perfect choice for me! I love the fact every TR I've seen has been wonderful, and I'm such a worrier/planner I know I couldn't find another wedding location that I could get this much info and reassurance from other brides for!

Just imagine getting married somewhere where you cant talk to others daily about there experiences and cant read hundresd of reviews of!! What a nightmare!

(Just so you know - I wont stay in hotels I cant find good tripadvisor reviews of, so couldn't even contemplate having my wedding day somewhere I can't 100% research and trust!)

When I first got engaged and came one this board Sara Jayne was writting her TR I fell in love with it her pictures her writting and how she made me wantto read it.

I totally agree i worry about everything i couldnt get married knowing it wasnt perfect I love being able to come on here for inspiration and a bit of advice

Where I live is a really small area and every one gets married in the same place and has reception in the same place I want a wedding that when you they ask where did you get married they cant say oh my son got married there and my daughter and my nephew and my grand daughter I want it to be like oh wow what was thatu have like. I hate being ordinary lol

and i love sharing my disney freak side on here I hate when people think Disney is just for kids and it really upsets me especially when they have never given it a go my mum and dad still go to WDW on their own and enjoy because they know there is more to disney then a mouse they know that there is fine dining and unique experiences there

I already ahve like 100 of your pics in my wedding planning folder!!! Every whitehall pic I have is your reception I think! Lol.

Which magazine? When?!?! I'll be in Smiths buying it telling the cashier, that my friend is in the magazine!! Eeeee!!

So yesterday me and Dave had a quick shopping trip and i found my some thing blue it was £8 and had 20% so for £6.40 my most expensive buy yet but i really like it

So its a small blue brouche i am going to pin it to my butterfly garter i have tested it it isnt too heavy on the garter and stay on fine

Ohhh Leanne! I love it!! If it doesn't work on your garter you could always pin it your bouquet, it would look like a butterfly landing on a flower ! And if 6.40 is your most expensive purchase yet, i think your doing alright !

I agree with how you feel about your DFTW being different then the other "cookie cutter" weddings in your town. besides my obsession with WDW, I think it will be so memorable for our guests too!

I am hoping to ask my Gran who cant be there as she is ill if I can borrow some thing from her and my Grampys wedding (My grampy died 11 years ago) so that will mean alot to me to have that

(but i dont know if that will count as my some thing old and borrowed)

My some thing new mmm I dont know lol as I keep buying it all now lol! May be I can buy some thing the night before the wedding then it will be really new lol

You can always get the floral wire and have the florist make a bok charm for you! Its too beautiful to not bee seen!!!

aw thanks i do really like it lol i will look in to that i was also thinking of having it pinned to the ribbon they wrap around the stems of the flowers

So I have found a realy cute Idea for a centre piece Im just worried it will be too big and will obstruct the view on the tables

I am hoping for a long table (like orangetiggs) and to have two one at either end of the table

When we have decided on seatin will arrange that people are sat near photos of them (to state the obvious but thought i would lol)

I really want to have the cringy/cute/babys of us with our guests (e.g me and my sister when we were young covered in my mums make up wearing her high heels lol)

but i would liketo have pink beadsin the vase/jar instead of white

and use these cute little peg/clips

what do you think?

we have a shop called hobby craft i dont know if you get them in america but name gives it away really lol i went there to get our Save the date card etc and seen them and loved them and was just going to buy them but Dave talked me out of it lol but now he will have to take me back so i can get them so thursday we are going i dont want to leave it and them not have them im such a worrier lol


so heres the long whinded bit lol I am going to print the photos out and then print out loads of different shades of pink on to glossy photo paper and then stick the photos on to it to look like polaroid photos and where you can write descriptions of the photos, me and Dave are going to write things like thanks for the laughs, love you mum, you have always been there dad etc a very short message to each person lol
