Le Clellier and PVL voucher advice needed!

I have 1 adult and 1 child premium lunch voucher.

I guess since the child is allowed an appetizer she can order from the adult menu. Her dessets choice are limited to the childs menu also. Correct?

Will they allow a smoothie as a beverage choice? With the adult voucher can you order the Seafood Salad duo(Rock crab and salmon)?

Which steak the New york Strip or the Petit Filet Mignon?

Some good info on the plan.
I read a lot depends on the CMs and their perception of the rules. It was said some consider a milkshake (smoothie) a dessert and some a drink. Same with ordering on Adult menu.
As for steak I love Petit Filet Mignon

We used VKLs at Le Cellier last June and they were not going to let us order an appetizer for the child's VKL. So we just used our adult VKLs instead and let my son share our food. I had the filet and it was great!

Of course there are inconsistencies, I've read other people post that they have been able to order adult appetizers with children VKLs, and some haven't.
