Sorry you didnt like it...we went in April and had slow service but loved the food, including the chicken....ours was super moist and tasty but the guy sitting at the table next to ours complained that his was very dry

We've given this restaurant several tries and won't be returning as it's not good - horrible service, subpar food, they charge for bottles of water on dp (even on deluxe), noisy and inconsistent.

Sorry OP had a bad experience, but not surprised.

Dh and I have spent some time in France and really were hoping to eat here.

We went in March for lunch as a walk up and had high expectations. For the most part, everything was OK - the problem was on our end, as our son wasn't feeling well and we shared time with him in the restroom..

So fast forward to Aug - everyone is healthy and we return this time for dinner and found the food terrible - either dry or cold or just terrible tasting. The server had no personality and way over priced seeing as this time we were paying OOP and the last trip was the dxDDP...

Paying directly out of pocket very well could have very well have tainted our opinions....
