Le Cellier's new menu?

Has the menu been published for when LC goes Sig? Well, I guess I am assuming that the menu will change. I hope thry have good kids' choices. I am also hoping that they have a'creative' dessert for even my older kids ('adults').

It appears they will not release it until March 1st. However, a few on the DIS have stated that when they called the restaurant verbally told them what the menu is; they just won't email the information.
