Le Cellier...why oh why???

I'm just sick of stalking!!! Obsessed...tired...and I just want it!!!! If I had planned my trip early I know we probably would have it right now but we didn't. I know there are other places but it's the only place DH requested and I wanted to do something nice for our anniversary. So I will keep looking 10 times a day and posting available adrs for other people to get so that a little pixie dust might come my way. 2 months to go. Just venting!!! Don't worry I won't let it ruin my vaca if we don't get it.

We are going about the same time you are and I just picked up Le Cellier a few weeks ago. I'd been trying since June and was about to give up, so keep
checking!

I had a Le Cellier ADR for an early dinner on a day that didn't really work for our November trip. I checked several times a day every single day and then suddenly this week only 5-6 weeks out two popped up! Just keep checking.

I don't know if it was just a fluke or not, but I keep finding better times if I check around lunchtime 12-1:30 Eastern here.

don't give up! i was told a few weeks ago that it would be nearly impossible for me to get ADRs for the popular restaurants because my trip was less than 2 months away. and at one point, i had THREE reservations for le cellier. haha.

I've been doing this for many, many weeks as LC wasn't available at all when I first decided to do a trip in January. I checked periodically and finally got a late lunch on a day that worked, but I'd rather have dinner if possible. Yesterday I scored an early dinner earlier in the week! Not perfect, but I'm not going to turn it down and anger the ADR deity.

I'm going to keep checking, but just know I went from nothing to lunch to dinner in a matter of a week!

Are you still there on Dec. 9? We've got two Le Cellier ressies, one lunch and one dinner (not same day), and will be giving one up once schedule is finalized. Right now I'm 80 percent sure that will be our 9th dinner that we forfeit. If it works and you're interested PM me.

BTW, even if it doesn't work, take heart. I found both ressies long after the six-month booking window. They do show up from time to time.
