Le Cellier under renovations in December?

Today was our 180 day booking window and I notice Le Cellier wasn’t coming up at all. It’s one of our favorite restaurants on WDW property along with California Grill. I booked Shula’s instead as we have been wanting to try Shula’s. Any idea if Le Cellier will be undergoing renovations at the time?

Several restaurants in Epcot have greyed out dates. Most think it's that the Candlelight Processional packages are being finalized.
