So I like to snack around the world, but my husband does not. Originally we made lunch reservations there intending to eat lunch. Now we have the DDP and I've looked at the menu and I don't think our kids will like most of the options and I'd hate to waste 2 credits there. But DH is excited and I'd like to try it...
Can we have DH get a meal with DDP and I get the cheddar cheese soup and something the kids will eat OOP? Is it bad form to have a table and not get full meals there?
TIA!

I think it's fine to show up and order what you want. We went and ordered two apps and two poutines for the three of us.

Order what you want anywhere. It's your vacation. I know it feels funny not ordering big in some of these joints but the CMs expect it. Your idea is making me hungry. I love that soup.

We have done that....the steaks at Le Cellier are good, but not $50 good......but we love the soup and pretzel bread, so we go in and order soup, they bring the bread, we eat and are happy. Cheap meal in a formerly impossible to get a reservation restaurant. Then we head over to France for gelato to top it off!
