Le Cellier or Coral Reef with Celiac Disease (Gluten Free)

Hi, I have an adult friend that I will be going to a conference with in Orlando in December who has celiac disease (she can't eat gluten). We are going to Epcot to see the Candlelight Processional, and were going to book the Dinner combo. Since my son has milk/egg allergies and Disney has taken such good care of us in the past, I am excited to introduce my friend to the freedom of eating at Disney with special dietary needs.

I was just wondering if anyone had experiences with LeCellier and/or Coral Reef on a gluten free diet. I posted the same question over on the DISabilities board too, but I thought I would try this board as well.
