Le Cellier if I don't eat beef?

I've read that the steaks at Le Cellier are to die for. What if I don't eat beef--what is another yummy option? We'll be there Feb 06 and I'm doing my research now!

Thanks!

I a a vegatarian and I love this place. The bread and the ceasar salad are enough for me to go.

I don't eat anything with eyes and I love Le Cellier for the pretzel bread and the current veggie offering (open lasagne).

I don't think of it as a steak place, and for what it's worth, I like Yachtsman Steakhouse and Concourse Steakhouse - they are both great places for vegetarians.

Doesn't their Caesar dressing contain anchovies? If not, woohoo! But most do, so that's why I ask. I am also a vegetarian, married to a steak lover. :love2:

The cheese soup, of course, and the shrimp salad sandwich at lunch are really yummy.

I don't eat cows either but I really liked the salmon there and the cheese soup (though the cheese soup has bacon in it) YUM!

I got a pretty good vegetarian ravioli plate there. There were 4 different fillings, summer squash, spinich, and two others I can't remember. I gave it a 7 out of 10, which is pretty good for me.

We went to Le Cellier lunch last week and I was just a little tired of eating beef, so I ordered the cheese soup for appetizer, the vegetarian sampler for entree.

This is the description:
Vegetable Sampler with Udon noodles, spicy cashew vinaigrette, mushroom potstickers, vegetable spring roll and a cucumber salad $15.99

It came in a square plate with each item separated in smaller plates (like a Japanese bento box setup). I got 1 spring roll, 2 pot stickers. The udon noodles had mushrooms in it - not very spicy IMO, but combined with the other stuff was really quite delicious.

It was a welcome meal actually from just meat and potatoes.

NOOOOOOO! say it isn't so! Did they replace the ravioli dish already??!!! I went in August specifically on someone's recommendation here and loved it.

I appreciate that the Udon dish is reflective of my corner of Canada, but I can eat that any time here. Was really looking forward to the ravioli dish in two weeks - snif - :guilty:

Do you eat fish? I think this is where my husband got a good sized lobster tail. Personally I was almost full after the cheese soup and all the bread (the pretzel bread is the best IMO). I must love carbs though because the best thing on my plate was the cream cheese mashed potatoes- yummy! You'll be full just eating the appetizer and dessert, trust me. I ended up ordering the kiddie chocolate "moose", cute!

My wife and I just returned from WDW and this was by far our favorite place to eat. Beyond the great food the staff was absolutely the most friendly of any WDW restaurant, and that's a hard honor to achieve in my book. We ended up having lunch there yesterday (our last day before heading back to the Windy City last night) and we saw why the place is so booked up. While waiting to be seated I heard the hostess tell someone that they were booked up for dinner for the next 8 days, so be sure to get a reservation far in advance if you're eating here. It's well worth making a special trip into Epcot to eat here.
