Le Cellier for Lunch

I just booked Le Cellier for Lunch, I was hoping for dinner, but it's less than two months from our trip, so I am just happy to get it!
Does anyone have any recommendations for lunch entrees?
Can kids get the grilled steak at lunch? Is it included in the dining plan?

As long as it is on the menu it is included in the dining plan. Only exception is if you don't have the deluxe plan then you can't have an app.
The mushroom filet or burger are good for lunch. I had the burger last time and it's not a regular fast food burger, it was very good.

I went as a walk in for lunch by myself in January. One of the best meals I've ever had at Disney! I got the mushroom risotto and the crab cakes..and a great glass of wine. It was so yummy!

You actually CAN get an appetizer if you are on the regular dining plan IF you order from the chef's menu, I think its called. They give you choices of appetizer, entree and dessert, but they are not the popular entrees, like the filet (which is mm mm delicious!) They do include the cheese soup and the choc. moose if I remember correctly. My friend that ordered from it I think got some kind of gnocchi as her entree and she liked it alot.

The soup is very good! I forgot about the prefix menu but that's because we get the deluxe plan.

Yea, and if you don't want whats on the prefixe menu, its only like 4 dollars or something silly for a bowl of the MOST delicious soup. Yum

I've eaten at Le Cellier twice for lunch. Both times, I ate a big ol fat steak. And it was delicious!!!!

I didn't see the chocolate "moose" on the dessert menu. Has that been removed? It's quite a popular dessert.

We went here for lunch last March, I had the chedder cheese soup, a salad and the maple creme burlee. Dh had the steak burger and the wild mushroom risotto. We enjoyed our meal, the mushroom risotto was yummy, so was the maple creme burlee, and service was very good.
