Maybe Le Cellier isn't as hard to book these days...but I think you are the only people who will understand my uncontrolled giddiness at getting Le Cellier relatively close to our desired time. We got 7:40 PM on 11/7. Had hoped for 7:00, but we will certainly not complain.

What are the chances we will get out in time to see Illuminations? And if we do is there any chance at all that we will be able to see the show somewhat clearly sicne we won't have scoped out seats?

Yay! :goodvibes DS decided a couple of weeks ago that he wanted to try LC for dinner instead of the lunch ADR I booked at our 180 day mark (2/25). I was able to get a 4:20 or an 8:45. Those were the only times during the 6 days I could juggle things around on our trip. Took the 4:20 but really didn't want to eat that early so I have been obsessively checking for a better time.

Yesterday, just as I was signing off for the night, a 5:45 popped up on one of the days I was able to juggle things around. :thumbsup2 Very happy.

I think it is still tough to get but people (like me!) make a million changes to their ADRs so things seem to pop up.

Edited: Not sure how you will make out for Illuminations. Every time we have eaten at Le Cellier (at least 5 or 6) we have had to wait for our table. Sometimes up to an hour. That's why I didn't want the 8:45 time. Not sure if they are any better or still running late.

Thanks for the note! I didn't know they were a late sort of place. Is it best to check in ahead of the 15 minute mark as suggested to try and get in to our table closer to the time of our reservation? Also, since it reuqires 2 table service credits now, does anyone know if we are allowed to make different choices on the menu? What I mean is, do we get an appetizer and main course and dessert as part of the 2 credits or are we limited to our main course only as usual?

Thanks and great to hear you were able to get your ressie!!!

Even though it is 2 credits, with the regular dining plan it would still only be entree and dessert. Appetizers are only including on the deluxe plan.

I am not sure if Le Cellier is still running late ... we had lunch in 2009 and didn't want too long. Previous to that we had dinner every year for 5 years in a row and always waited. Usually it was our longest wait. I am not sure if that has changed with it now being a signature. I hope so. I am sure there will be another Diser with a recent account? :confused3
