I had wanted to get an ADR for dinner on 10/1 for Le Cellier, but they are booked solid. I've made reservations elsewhere, but still want to try to get in to Le Cellier, as it's my favorite restaurant.

Has anyone else had any luck with getting reservations to full restaurants? If so how often did you keep calling for reservations? Was just wondering how much of a pest I need to be?

I have been trying almost everyday for about 2 weeks straight, but with no luck. I asked the reservations agent what time the earliest seating was, and she told me 11:30 for lunch and 4pm for dinner. Last year, I had an ADR for an 11am lunch, and I think this was because hours were extended to accomidate the huge number of people on the dining plan. Let's cross our fingers they extend hours again!

We booked our ADR's in late April for our Sept. trip. We couldnt get Le Cellier either. It was booked for our entire stay. I called 2 times a day for the next 2 weeks and then a 5:30 ADR opened so I took it. We are a party of 2 and I've been told thats tough to get as they prefer parties of 4.

We HAVE dinner reservations for LeCellier on October 1st.

Made the reservation 180 advance ! :cool1:

I'm with a party of 2 as well and was told by my travel agent that I might have problems booking because of that reason.

I've never had such a problem booking at Le Cellier before. I've always loved the place, and remember when you could always walk right into it and get a seat. I think they should spring for an addition to the dining room.

I read somewhere that in the less crowded seasons the cancellation/no show rate at most table service restaurants is somewhere around 30%. It would be worth trying once every few days, and if that isn't fruitful, try again the morning of the day you want to dine. If all else fails, visit in person the day you want to dine and ask if they can fit you in. You never know...

We've had some luck in the past going right at the start of seating as a walk up and being able to get a table. Not sure that is still the case, but it would be worth a try.

We tried to get Le Cellier for any meal the 10 days we were there 5/25-6/2 and got NOTHING! Here's to going back in December!!

We were there last year for Free Dining and tried to get into Le Cel. We were not exactly laughed out of the place, but we didn't get a table. We tried many times. The CM's told us they overbooked by 30% expecting no shows but since every one was on the Dining plan there were far fewer no shows than normal.

Keep an eye out for extended hours, I think that is the best chance.

When we cannot get in for dinner I secure a lunch reservation instead. We have tried to call every day to see if there was a cancellation for dinner but we never were that lucky....

Try calling everyday, maybe you are luckier than me! :rotfl:
