I called and got one this morning too for our trip in August. Can't wait to try it out.

Congratulations, can't wait to read all about it.

I think my DD is planning on eating here on her trip late August.

Great news, what type of food will they serve here?

If you check Steve's D2DLP page, he has the menu (and his twitter) as it was circulated last week. It had a set menu with one course available for main (plus a veggie option I presume!). The restaurant itself looks amazing!!!!

I think it is going to all be about the setting with this restaurant - plus the fact they are moving Remy there. I have seen the (very limited) menu and price and wasn't that fussed. I then saw the pictures that someone posted up when she had the tester of this at Sequoia Lodge recently and it looked frankly awful. :sad2: Hopefully it will grow and develop over time as the menu is not a patch on RDS.

Thanks just had a look, the food looks nice and it's something I would eat. May have to try here next time I go

Haven't looked at photos of restaurant as I want it to be a surprise

Sorry if I've missed it but do we know how much a meal will cost roughly?

Thanks!

It was me! I did an article for Steve after dining at the tasting night. The steak was fabulous. Actually couldn't fault much bar the signature ratatouille which was bland. The set starter was surprisingly nice, my steak was beautiful and there was a good dessert selection. Would happily return though we had no indication of the prices.

Thanks kizzabel. I have to admit that the photo looked like a burnt steak with some chips. Thank goodness it tasted better than it looked! ;)

I would still prefer a greater choice of menu for us though TBH.
