Le Bistro de Paris - How difficult to get PS???

I know Le Bistro has a 30 day PS window. How difficult is it to make a PS seating? DOes it fill quickly? I will call on the 30th day - but I was wondering if we might not be able to get a table. What has been your experience?

This is for an early December trip -- jsut wondering if I need to be sweating this out. Thanks for any feedback.

I'm waiting for 30 days as well for November 11th dinner. It'll be our first night there and we're going to watch illuminations afterwards!

I'm booked in at Chefs De France right now incase we don't get it. The menu looks really good and I badly want to try escargot but I'm afraid I wont like it...
