LE backpack, do you think it's too big?

We'll be going to WDW early June with our DD who will be almost 27mo then. I have a skip hop diaper bag but I'm thinking a backpack would be much easier. What do guys think of the Lands End diaper backpack? It's 12x18x7. We'll need to carry a bunch of stuff, like digital camera, video camera, clothes, diapers, snacks, water, sun block. Any other suggestions for a backpack?

We used a jansport back pack and it was perfect, held all we needed. Snacks, camera, papers, water bottles, you name it. It worked well, I just dont care for the fanny packs.
