Does anyone know if they provide transfers to universal and seaworld? Wont be driving but found a good deal agin on hotels.com(£59 a night). Also the homewood suites near universal for £39 but prefer the look of the resort and spa.

Not too sure but my dad has just come back from here and said it was a great hotel and only took them about 10 mins to get to the parks. They has a 2 bedroom apartment and couldn't fault it. With a saving like that it would pay for your taxi fare if not.

Thanks claire.I looked on thier website and it does say complimentary transport. Its only for the universal parks reall. Will probably get a cab back as I know they tend to leave early. Could you ask ur dad if there were any resort fees or additional thiings we will have to pay for. As iv blown most the budget on SSR and AKLV dont want another bill when we leave the resort.:lmao:

I've just called and s/w my step mum and she said there were no resort costs to pay. The only thing they opted for was the full clean of their aprtment halfway during their stay. This included all the beds being changed, fresh towels, extra toiletries and dishwasher stuff etc. This cost $30 plus tax which was about $1.99. I believe it was optional and you could pick and choose what you wanted if anything.
She also said that there were shuttles to all the parks but they weren't regular and they left once in the morning and returned once at night. Also there is a big Walmart nearby which is where they went to do their shopping and they said it was cheaper than Publix.

Thankyou clare. We just booked through quidco so got 10% cash back (only 5 through topcash back) . It does say on the hotel site that there are buses. I have read reviews and think some people are so stupid and pick the most crazy things to moan about." a 3cm stain on the carpet" "flaked paint on the bottom of the door" my god:scared1: Anyway thanks for your advice.

You're welcome :thumbsup2

One of the girls is going in October too booked on a recommendation from her family. As I say my family were v impressed!

superb hotel. great irish bar with entertainment. i dont think you get transport to anywhere but disney, but its close to seaworld.
we stayed there in 2008 and would love to go back.
