jacksmomma,
my thoughts and prayers are with your mil.
hugs to her!
just thought i'd throw it out there that lemon is the natural cure for nausea. so anything lemon takes that feeling away. i ate so many lemon drops when i was pregnant with bubba. lemonade, lemon candy, i even put lemon juice in my water. worked very well for me.
i must say the bubba is a NUT for lemonade. must be my fault!
and someone told me with my mom that black licorice was good for cancer patients also? i never did get to try it with mom, but it's what i've been told.

You may want ot be careful with lemon, as chemo can cause pretty nasty mouth sores. tehre is alot they can do at the clinic for nausea now. If she does get mouth sores, get her dentist to get her lidocane.I knew that ginger was good for nausea, but not lemon; although it makes sense they have a lot of the same flavor notes.

A few more days! Can't wait to see what you come up with!
