I would never use it again.
We waited over 50 min for the bus at the airport when it was scheduled to arrive every 30 min. The drive to DL Hotel took about 40 min and then it was at least another 30min after all the stops that we got dropped off at our hotel.
On the way home, I went to our hotel lobby and saw the bus out there. I confirmed with the driver the times and p/u locations of the bus we wanted to take later in the day. We were there 20 min before it was scheduled to arrive and it didn't show up at all. We had to take a bus that was going to John Wayne airport to the DL hotel and transfer to the proper bus there.
For the cost and time it took, I'd rent a car if that is an option!
