Los Angeles airport shut down due to possible security breach
LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Los Angeles International Airport was shut down early Saturday because of a possible security breach and a separate incident at a security screening station in the Tom Bradley International Terminal, an airport spokesman said.
No information was immediately available on the incident at the international terminal, airport spokesman Harold Johnson said.
Terminals 6, 7, and 8 were shut down because of a possible security breach, he said. The terminals are connected.
Flights were not being allowed to depart, but inbound flights were being allowed to land, said Paul Turk, spokesman for the Federal Aviation Administration. They were not being off-loaded at the terminals.
Traffic was being diverted from the airport.
Clear as mud

But it looks like two incidents - the international terminal is technically terminal 4.
