Hi we want to got to LA, Anaheim (Disneyland and Angels Game) and San Diego. We want to go to San Diego last and fly out from there. We are trying to decide should we fly into LAX? We might want to go to a Dodgers game the day after we fly in. Where is a good place to stay near the stadium. Is it a far drive from LAX to the stadium area? Also, is the stadium near Grauman's Chinese Theater and other LA attractions?

You might look at flying to LGB or SNA which are closer to Anaheim.

You will want to rent a car.

About a block from The Dogers Stadium is Sunset Blvd, which goes to Hollywood. If you exit the Stadium You could go that way or southbound on the Pasadena freeway which almost immediatly cross the Hollywood Freeway, which goes north to Hollywood. It only a few miles away but will take some time with stadium traffic. You can see the walk of fame and sign from up there. It's a good place to spend a few hours and Beverly hills is just west of there if you need to see more palm trees.

Burbank Airport might not be bad if you want to go to a Dodger's game. Usually a bit more expensive than LAX, but airfare prices are so weird these days it's worth checking.
I tend to trust TripAdvisor for hotels. You just have to watch out for bad areas in LA! But Burbank/Glendale/Universal City should be fine.
