Sorry Jackie, I don't know the locations. I got the answer from the Passporter guidebook again.

My apologies, Mikki. I used a few books for the quiz, so got confused. I actually got the answer from the Luxury Guide to WDW - if anyone has the book the info is on page 180.

Can't remember what website I found my answer on but I vaguely remember there are 5 on top of the buildings either side of the castle (so 10) and a massive site quite a way behind which is number 11, there was a photo of MK from the air and it showed a huge concrete area where most of the fireworks are released from! That's not much help is it I'll have another look and see if I can find it again and post a link!
