Lauri's trip to the doctor

find a new doctor- Roger has had second and third opinions - and get a new pharmacy too. We use Walgreen's - yup, i'l plug them - and their computers keep an entire list of his meds
( all 16 of them) and when there has been any chance of negative interaction of meds, they have let him know before they filled them. Just because someone has that"specialty sign" hanging outside their office doesn't mean they know it all - that's why we have choices ! Let us know what happens Matt!! Caroline

I was going to say, down here when the pharmacist enters a med in the system, there's a warning if there's a problem with any other drug you're taking...the advantages of sticking with one pharmacy for meds. I would go for a second, third, fourth or however many opinions it takes to get some help. I see some people on here can help with referrals...always a good source...others making them. Do some checking online. I have friends here in FL who went online checking for a doc for one of their sons. Of course, they did have a diagnosis which helped tremendously. But they ended up taking him to Boston for the "best" in the field and were completely satisfied. Hoping you find a great doc and get the help you need, Lauri!
