laundry at HRH

I've read on these board that laundry is available only on the 2nd and 4th floors (one washer and one dryer each). Is this true? How many floors does the HRH have? What is a person to do is going for 10 days and doesn't want to pack everything they own? Doesn't seem like enough laundry facilities for that size hotel. Does the hotel have a laundry service where they'll take your laundry, clean it and return it to you?

The HRH has six floors. One or two of the floors is a private floor, meaning you need to swipe your key card to get into those floors.

You can have the HRH do the laundry for you. It isn't cheap, though.

WE WENT AND USED BOTH FLOORS TO GET OURS DONE. IT TOOK HOURS BUT WE GOT IT DONE. IT IS NOT EASY BUT YOU WILL LOVE THE HRH.
