Laundry at HRH

Is there a coin laundry here? Think we will have more time to do laundry while we are here then when we head over to Disney just have a bit slower pace for the first part of the trip. Disney always seems way more crazy then any of the other parks. So I hope there is somewhere to do wash....anyone know how much it is? Thanks

Yes, I think every other floor had one, but I know they have them. We've done laundry while relaxing in the pool.

i thought they only had the coin laundry machines on 2 of the floors.

You may be right, I can't remember if the laundry was on all the even # floors, or just the 2nd and 4th.

it was the 4th floor where i used the coin machines.
i hate doing laundry on vacation.......

i like the laundrymat at rph on 1st floor better.
you can use them and sit outside near the pool and easily go back to check them.

I was just going to post a question on washer/dryers at RPR.

I'm am packing now and there is now way I will get away with not doing laundry!

you will find that laundry room in tower 1 on first floor.

there is another laundry facility but this one has a great location and very easy to get to.

you get out of the elevator at tower one.
walk outside.
look immediately to your right and you will see the entrance to that laundry facility.

it will be steps away.

Awesome! I love my vacations but I despise packing!!!!

Thanks for the info, sounds like well be able to do it. I hate doing laundry as well but I don't think we can get away with it for two weeks as I'd rather take less cloths so there is more room to bring stuff back. The kids will hit the Lego store so have to have room for that. Think we'll have more down time at Universal then at Disney so should be able to take one evening and do some.

My sons' favorite vacation souvenirs are Legos, too. We bring some large Ziploc bags, open the Lego sets we purchase and repack the contents from each box into one of the bags. Takes up much less space than the full boxes. If the boys want to keep the boxes, we flatten them and put them at the bottom of our suitcases.

Oh thanks for the tip it sounds like a great idea! I was telling DH about it and he also though it was a good think to do. So I'll be taking Ziploc bags with us. They do take up a lot of space in the boxes (which end up getting recycled when we get home) so this will be better. I know the two younger girls will want to get a few sets if they can as they are so much cheaper at the Lego Store in DTD then just about any where else. We have Lord of the Rings, Hobbit, Harry Potter, Monster Hunters and Priates all be collected. Might have to bring an extra bag just for the Lego
