I am leaving tomorrow morning for our half marathon trip!:woohoo: We are staying in a Studio at BCV and it just dawned on me that we are going to have stinky, sweaty, running clothes after the race... eeeww! Are there any laundry facilities around so I can wash them? I guess I could always just hand wash them in the sink or tub if I have to until we get home to give them a real washin'...

Thanks...

I'm not familiar with the specific location at BCV, but all DVC resorts have free laundry facilities for the use of folks in studios. You will need to provide the detergent, there should be vending machines in the laundry room if you don't want a large package.

4th floor in the Villas building. 2 washers, 4 dryers, little trouble getting a machine. Vending machine sells single load boxes of detergent for a buck.

The laundry room is on the forth floor. You walk straight out of the main elevator into the hallway, take a left and the laundry room is the first door on the left (does that make sense??).

Here is a map of the 4th floor: http://www.parkinfo2go.com/dvc-bcv/floor4.php

The laundry room is across the hall from villa 414.

Hey, don't use all the washers! I'll be checking in Monday (also a studio). Last time I got #422, which I loved, partly because it was right around the corner from the laundry. However, it did have a tiny balcony. I was solo, which was about all the balcony was good for-one person!

Oh, I wanted to add, the washers have coin slots, but there's no charge. The first time, I was really puzzled on how to start the machine. Just push in the coin slot, but don't put any money in the slots. Kind of odd, I thought.

Yes, remember to put the coin slots in!

They did not have that on the directions!:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

One machine is a top loader and the other is a front!
