If you don't get a refund you might can call your bank, and explain you ordered merchandise which you were never sent, and if you have an e-mail you could also show proof of this act. If it gets to where last resort is last resort then dispute what you were charged, and report them to BBB if they are part of them, and they will take it on their side.

Yes I had done business with them last January and NEVER again!!My DH wanted to suprise me with a Disney sweatshirt that we didn't have time to get while we were there, so he placed an order online and was sent a confirmation that the order would ship 2 days later ! We waited and waited for 3 weeks ...nothing !I emailed 2x's no response ,called 2x's no response Finally I got a reply a week later stating that the order was difficult to find in a store ( come on- the most popular disney item -hard to find ...right!!) So I offered to purchase something else and was told that would be shipped by weeks end . 2 weeks later nothing...I emailed and called no response again I called and emailed again this time I threatened them with Consumer Affairs and that same dayI got a call stating that that item was also hard to find and that they would send me my money back! They are IMO the worst company I have ever dealt with so much that I filed a complaint with the Consumer Affairs Office!!

Can I ask... How long did it take for them to refund you? I paid with a debit card and have yet to see a credit on my account. I"m so furious, I can't believe this place is still in business!

DH placed the order in late Jan '06 and when I threatened them with the CAO in mid March it was well into the 7th week since placing the order,so it must have been close to 2weeks after that because I saw the refund on my Aprils statement! Good Luck !!I can't believe they are still operating ....I think more complaints need to be filed!
