I just got my email saying sorry for the delay and that they are upgrading the postage at there cost and that I should have it Tuesday. I'm glad it worked out for all of us. It is good to see a company step up and fix a problem right away alot of companies have fogotten what good customer service is. Thank you laughing place.com!
from laughing place saying that they could not ship my badge today because the main store ran out they said they will try to get them from another store and ship them on monday overnight so that I still get it on Tues. Did you get a simular email jsfein? Hope the other store they are getting them from has them in stock!
No. I received an email on 10/22 that my Order has shipped and I received a UPS tracking number. Sorry to hear that your order was delayed. Sending pixie dust your way that your badges arrive before your depart.
I just got another email from laughing place saying that the other store did not have them in stock either so they are just going to refund my money. This is so frustrating as it was for my daughters 2nd birthday. I guess I will have to go hunt them down when I get there now. I know there is alot of support for this company on this board but I am very agitated because I placed this order all the way back on 10/3 and they did not even try to get them till about 3 days ago if they would have got them earlier they probably would not have been out of stock. Didn't someone say you can order them directly through the christmas store and have them at your hotel when you get there? Does anyone have the # for the Christmas store at DTD?
It's not a direct number to DISNEY'S DAYS OF CHRISTMAS store, but it's a number for DD information. Maybe when you call, then can give you the store's direct number.

Sorry to hear that you won't be receiving your order. I did receive my badges yesterday. Think I'd only order from Laughingplace again if time was no issue in receiving delivery. Thanks to these boards and, in particular, without Disneyland_Emily's intervention, I'm not sure that I would have received my badges in time.
I figure the christmas store is one of the stores they probably tried but I am figuring mabe they will be in stock between now and when we get down there. Laughing place would not be able to get them to me in time due to shipping time but mabe I could get it sent to my hotel in time or even get it held and pick it up. I just don't want to go out of the way to find the store when I get there and then them be out of stock. At least this way I will know there is or is not a chance of getting it before I get there. Thanks.
I just wanted to say "Thank You!" for posting this. I've been putting off ordering the princess GOH badge for our December trip (yes, I'm a procrastinator!)LOL. After I read this thread I immediately went to the site and ordered them.
I'm sorry you didn't get yours, and hope you'll be able to get one when you get there. BTW, we got ours at Celebrity 5 & 10 in MGM a couple of years ago - you might try there too.
