Does anyone know if the laughing place store is online only, or if there is a storefront? We tried to find it tonight...with no luck. I also tried calling both numbers listed on their website, but they went to voicemail...

I believe that they are a shopping service. They sell Disney Parks merch. for a upcharge. So that being the case they would not have a store front.

I tried calling them and left them a voice message. That was a week ago... they never callled me back. Guess I won't be getting a pair of green mickey ears for my trip in 2 weeks. :sad2:

You may want to look at other's post who have used their services here. If memory serves, people have VARYInG opinions on their service

You are much better off going through WDW Mail Order (407-363-6200) as they can get you anything (other than food) available anywhere on property for the retail price plus shipping.

LPS charges a premium over list price plus shipping, and they do not maintain a stock of merchandise; they go shopping on request. The only items they may have on hand are discontinued which they purchased at a discount at one of the outlets, and they still charge a price higher than retail.

And there have been several threads about them usually with nothing good said.

Ditto what everyone else said. I am one of their former customers and have nothing good to say about them.

Add me to the list of former customers. Delivery is slow and customer service is lacking. It took me over 6 weeks to get an item I ordered in November which was to be a christmas present. Didn't come until January. Never again.

Good luck getting in touch with them! Add me to the list of unhappy customers but it only took me once to realize it. As others have said, Disney sites are the way to go, and you will get your products and in a timely manner.

so basically, they don't have a storefront? We go to the outlets on our own, so I guess we don't need to look again, especially if they have an upcharge...I was not looking to order anything online.

Yes..a shopping service that REALLY bumps up the price. And they are, I'm afraid, AWFUL. Had real issues with them, getting service, product, etc., and have heard many horror stories from others as well. I would not use this service ever again.
