Laughing Cow? For WW's

Ok, I know what it is, but how do you eat it? Put it on crackers, melt it and lick it off of the plate?

I am being serious. I have never tried it so I don't know. I have read that it is only 1point per section of the wheel.

I speread it on crackers usually. I've also been known to make a tasty quesadilla with it..yum!

Smeared on a cracker is good. I also like to spread a bit on an apple slice.
