I heard maybe next spring if all goes well and no bad storms. But that was from someone I talked to several weeks ago.

Bottom line is...there is no official date. Mouseplanet.com has been reporting a date of April 22 for some time with previews beginning in February, but that has not been confirmed by Disney.
