Latest seating at restaurants

We will be at DLRP in September when the parks will be closing at 7pm. Does anyone know what time the park TS restaurants close?

Do you have to make your reservation so that you will be finished by 7pm or do they take them right upto closing time?

We normally have dinner in the hotels or Disney Village but this time I quite fancy a few in the parks as well but don't want to be eating at 5pm.

Also, if they do take the later reservations, has anyone done this? Do they try to rush you?

The last seating is an hour before park closes. So for a 7pm park close last seating would be at 6pm. We got the last seating for Walts on our last trip and we were not rushed at all.

That wouldn't be too bad then because we often have lunch at midday....
