Latest seating at PSB in Norway?

This is a spin off from another thread I had posted on, but a different place. What is the latest seating you've had for the PSB at Epcot??? What time do they start serving lunch? I was told 10:35 is the latest you can get for breakfast, has anyone had a later time?
