Latest Palo Dinner Seating

Question for the exerts...What is the latest Palo seating? My game plan is to leave my dependable kids in the room with 2 way radios...watching tv etc.

So the later the better......What times have you all had? Thanks!

We had a 9:00pm reservation. Not sure if that is the last one or not, but the place was pretty empty when we were finishing dinner.
