Latest Palo Dinner Seating

Question for the exerts...What is the latest Palo seating? My game plan is to leave my dependable kids in the room with 2 way radios...watching tv etc.

So the later the better......What times have you all had? Thanks!

Palo is usually open until 10:00pm on sea days (9:00pm on port days). I'm not sure exactly how late they'll take a reservation. There aren't two "seatings" like in the dining rooms, you can make reservations more like at a land-based restaurant. The latest I've gone is 8:30, but people were coming in well after we were finished with our entrees.

We had a Palo reservation for 6 of us at 9pm on a port day. I think we may have been the latest reservation for the night (don't recall anyone coming in after us) and we were certainly among the last to be in the restaurant in the end.
