Latest lunch time at Liberty Tree Tavern?

According to wdwinfo.com's page about LTT, dinner starts at 4:00pm. I would guess, based off of that, the last lunch would be around 3:00 or so to allow for guests to finish their lunches before dinners start to arrive. I could be wrong. Just my guess. For what it's worth, it is one of our favorite lunch spots. We love the fried cheese appitizer, and the entres are a good size for a filling lunch. Also, the deserts are quite tasty.
