Latest info on early entrance at DCA?

I know this has been discussed earlier, but can't find the latest information on early openings for non-Disney guests at DCA. Can you help me out here or point me to the correct thread? We're going 07/06-08. From what I'm reading, DCA opens at 9:30 am for non-Disney guests, to ride Soarin and get WoC fastpasses right? But how about LMUSA, can we ride at 9:30 am or just line up at 9:30 am and ride at 10 am? Last year there was a special line near the Grand Californian hotel that walked us to TSMM a little before 10 am. Is it still there? So a good strategy would be to arrive to DCA by 9 am, ride LMUSA at 9:30 am, get WoC and Soarin FP, and line up at the special entrance line for TSMM?
